2.30pm: Ventnor Beach
A dramatic rescue demonstration by the Sandown and Shanklin Inshore Lifeboat crew and the Coastguard Air Sea Rescue Helicopter.
Free, but donations to the Sandown and Shanklin independent Lifeboat would be appreciated.

7.30pm: Winter Gardens
V-Bay’s signature event with Casino, Cabaret, Magic at your table by Aaron Isted, 20’s-30’s style Jazz with The Gramophone Party which includes well-known local duo JC and Angelina plus Jack Tait and Richard White from London. Dress to impress in Jazz Age style ... Enjoy cocktails true to the Speakeasy and Prohibition era.
Tickets, to include casino “betting chips”: £12 available from the Winter Gardens, Ale & Oyster, Wave Clothing on Pier Street and IoW Tourist Information Centres.

Lots going on around the beach and town including fairground style rides, pirate mayhem by Wight Pirates, (look out for the Press Gangs - arrests will be made!), Punch & Judy, strolling magic, treasure dig, games of chance & skill with prizes inc. coconut shy, treasure chest, rifle range and archery. There are also special children's events during Saturday and Sunday.

7pm: landings and pirate attacks with pyrotechnics, pistols, cutlasses and lots of noise … on the Easter Esplanade by the harbour followed by Ghost Walks hosted by the legendary (and scary) Marc Tuckey.

10am -3pm: Winter Gardens
Including valuations by Rex Gully of Hose Rhodes Dickson Auction Rooms between 10am and midday for £1 per item.

Local musicians playing for free in cafes, pubs and restaurants all round Ventnor, live music while you eat and drink plus "Strolling Magic" from Chris Philpott. Full detail.

The first Heather Janvrin Memorial Cup Tug-of-War. Enter your team for this charity event. All proceeds will go to MacMillan cancer nurses.
